A modern building with three floors above ground for seven new housing units will rise in place of the current building by entering the original site. The renovation with demolition and reconstruction, inserted in a mixed context from a typological and compositional point of view, maintains the same encumbrance as the existing building, but involves a modification of the shape of the elevations. The seven housing units, with customized fine finishes, have different cuts to meet different housing needs. The alternation of solids and voids due to the combination of different volumes, loggias, terraces, pocket balconies, give movement to the elevations on all fronts of the building and guarantee brightness and quality of the interiors.
