The residential village, consisting of several complexes made in various phases, for a total of forty houses, stands on a lot of about 20,000 square meters. It stands in a hilly area near Monte Netto, surrounded by vineyards, and is built taking into account the context in which it stands. Each house, large and with fine finishes, is perimetered by natural stone fences, has arcades and balconies and has an exposed wooden roof.
