Final and executive design, structural design, supervision
The intervention concerns the installation of a new fire escape outside the building, located on the north side of the main shed, which connects the offices on the first floor to the square.
The intervention concerns the installation of a fire-fighting water tank located in the south-west corner of the warehouse square.
The intervention concerns the improvement of the external areas used for maneuvering and parking in the plant. Some green areas were demolished in favor of new parking lots and to allow for a more fluid internal roads, especially for thinking vehicles.
The intervention concerns the redevelopment of a part of the building located south-west of the main shed. The restaurant, now unique, has been divided into four new environments dedicated to packaging, the workshop, the ingredients room and the forklift area. This involved the construction of new plasterboard walls, the replacement of perimeter walls and windows and new electrical and thermal systems.
