The renovation of the house has seen as main works the internal redistribution of the rooms to make them more functional and livable; the construction of an external staircase for connection to the terrace; Replacement and modification of existing openings and the refurbishment of all systems, both hydraulic and electrical with the installation of a new heat pump. All the fixtures have been replaced. The interventions also touched the external area of the building: we proceeded with a rejuvenation of the exterior through a new painting of the walls and the insertion of exposed stones to give elegance and character to the house.
