In this case, the particular needs of the client led to the design of a multifunctional renovation: the old houses of the ancient formation nucleus, in irreparable conditions both from an architectural and structural point of view, have been completely rebuilt in order to obtain three distinct housing units and a Professional photo lab. The peculiarities of the buildings in the historic center have been revisited here to give the buildings an original imprint but suited to the needs of the client, such as the façade partitions, the large arched openings, the different heights and the wooden roof. The photographic laboratory consists of a large open space at full height, with a wooden structure of the exposed roof and is illuminated by the large openings on the facade, surrounded by technical environments and equipped with a mezzanine in a metal structure for the workstations. The material choice of the internal finishes, in glass and aluminum, and the choice of keeping the pipes of the heating and cooling systems of the entire environment visible, underline and confirm the high technological level adopted in the renovation of this property.
