The oratory stands near the town center and consists of two buildings, a first on the east side in the shape of an L, facing the street, to which a second one has been added on the west side. The intervention in question includes the redevelopment of the oratory through the insulation and repainting of the external perimeter walls, the insertion of fixed aluminum sunbursts in aluminum in the south side, the replacement of the entrance shelter and tinsmiths, the application of films on existing windows in the east, north and south side, the refurbishment of the air conditioning system and the construction of a new video surveillance system.
