The intervention provides for the seismic reinforcement of existing industrial warehouses in order to increase structural safety, thus taking advantage of the seismobonus, as introduced by Law Decree no. 63/2013, which allows a deduction of the expenses incurred for the measures antiseismics adopted by income taxes. In order to seismically reinforce the structures, the beams will be connected with the pillars by means of steel pins, the connection of the tiles to the beams by means of bolted steel dowels and the connection of the pillars with the industrial floor with steel bars, greased with resin. These interventions will obviate the relevant structural deficiencies of the existing structure, currently unable to transfer efforts in a dynamic regime and will transform the beam / pillar and roof tiles / beams from simple hinged support and the constraint Pillars / interlocking floor.
