    PRIVATE HOUSE'S RESTORATION

    This private house, located in a middle century building of two levels with an attic, will be the subject of a restructuring that will involve mainly the attic floor, that will be raised in order to meet the habitability requirements by answering the new requirements of the client. This will be made possible through the complete internal redistribution of the spaces and the energy upgrading that will bring about a greater spaces livability and an overall enhancement.
    The dwelling external fronts will be a general restyling, maintaining the ashlar coating of the ground floor and restoring the string course cornices and the crowning made with a simple frieze along the whole main facade. In addition all windows with wooden frames will be completed by frames of the same type as those existing up to now.
    The pavilion roof will be maintained, but subsequently the widening will be aligned to the adjacent building, while the stairs will be completely rebuilt, as well as will be replaced some intermediate floors.

    VILLA 

    Castel Mella, Brescia, IT, 2014

    The restructuring of this individual villa consists in the redistribution of the interior spaces, in the enlargement of the living room through a large veranda with a metal and glazed structure, in the construction of a new swimming pool and a garage porch, in addition to the rearrangement of the external spaces of the garden and work on external finishes such as to give uniformity to the house in a provencal style.

    JAPANESE RESTAURANT

    Brescia, IT, 2015

    The restaurant is set in an '80s building and is located in the north area of the city, nearby the Tito Speri gallery and is subject of inside works. The restaurant, developed on three levels, is inserted in a building purerly tertiary which is accessible directly from the main street. The distinctive character that will characterize the restaurant is a minimalist modern style that will invoke the japanese style. Inside, the spaces will have a redistribution well-calibrated, in order to obtain on the ground floor a restaurant and the sushi bench area, on the semi-ground floor there will be the kitchen and the local accessories, while the basement will be the lounge bar zone and the smoking area. The finishes of the whole restaurant has been carefully designed to reflect both the taste of the developers and the oriental style: the use of warm materials such as different types of wood and leather coverings of the furnishing and equipment designed for the maximum comfort of the customers.
